Open the current offerThe welcome package arrives in two parts and is charged in turnover. The headline percentage decides how much bonus money lands in the account; the wagering multiplier and the game-contribution table decide whether any of it can ever be withdrawn. Those are separate questions, and most bonus pages only answer the first.

What the package actually is
| Stage | Offer | Wagering | Clock |
|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit | 100% match + 150 free spins | 40x the bonus | 7 days |
| Second deposit | 50% match + 50 free spins | 40x the bonus | 7 days |
| No deposit | 25 free spins, region-dependent | 50x | 7 days |
The cash ceiling on each match depends on your account currency, and the operator moves it by market — a Canadian account and a euro account do not see the same number. Read it in the cashier rather than from any review, this one included.
Two hundred free spins across the package is the figure most listings lead with. It is accurate and it is the least useful number on the page, because the spins are not the part that decides your outcome.
The three rules that void it
The max bet is audited at withdrawal, not blocked at the spin
While a bonus is live, every individual bet is capped at roughly €5, or C$6.50 on a Canadian account. Nothing stops you placing more. The cap is checked retroactively when you request a payout, and a single breach lets support remove the bonus and everything won from it.
Two ways this catches people who did nothing careless:
- Autoplay carried over. A stake set at €10 before the bonus activated stays at €10 after it activates.
- Feature buys. A bonus-buy priced above the cap is one bet over the limit, regardless of what it returns.
Set the stake deliberately the moment a bonus goes live, and leave it there until the wagering is finished.
Table games are a closed door, not a penalty
| Game type | Contribution | Turnover to clear a €200 bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | €8,000 |
| Video poker | 5% | €160,000 |
| Blackjack, roulette, baccarat | 5% | €160,000 |
Twenty times the work for the same progress is not a discount you can play around. No realistic stake clears €160,000 of table turnover inside seven days. If blackjack is your game, decline the bonus and play unrestricted — basic strategy against a 0.5% house edge beats grinding weighted turnover through a slot’s margin.
The clock does not pause
Activation starts the seven days, not your first session. Unfinished at expiry means the bonus and every euro it generated is removed; the original deposit stays. Two things follow from that:
- Do not activate before a week you cannot play.
- Size the deposit to the time you have. A €150 deposit carrying €6,000 of turnover is a week of ordinary evening play. A maximum deposit carrying €20,000 usually is not, which is why the largest offer is the one most often forfeited.
Free spins carry a second contract
Winnings from the spins do not land as cash. They convert to bonus funds and then carry their own wagering requirement, often at a different multiplier from the deposit match, plus in some markets a ceiling on what can ever be withdrawn from them.
That ceiling is the number to find before you value a no-deposit offer. Where it applies, a large hit on the free spins pays out the ceiling and nothing more — which is a reason to treat no-deposit spins as a way to see the lobby, not as the main event.
When to decline the bonus
- You mainly play tables. The contribution table above closes the route. Deposit without a bonus and your money stays unrestricted.
- You want to withdraw quickly. An active bonus locks the balance until wagering completes or you cancel — and cancelling forfeits the bonus and anything won from it.
- You are depositing an amount you cannot turn over in a week. The requirement scales with the bonus; your available playing time does not.
- You intend to bet above the cap. One breach undoes the whole package.
Everything else — slots, a deposit sized to the clock, a stake below the cap — is the case the offer was designed for.
Playing on mobile
The site runs in a mobile browser with no install at all, and the Android app is a direct download from the operator’s own footer — two taps, one permission your phone asks for once, and it behaves like any other app afterwards. On iPhone, Share then Add to Home Screen opens the same account fullscreen.
Account, balance, bonus progress and verification state are shared across app, mobile browser and desktop. Nothing needs to be claimed twice, and switching devices mid-wagering does not reset anything.
Get the Android appRestricted countries, and where the check really happens
The operator publishes a restricted list. It has included the United Kingdom, Spain, France and its overseas territories, the Netherlands, and the United States. Registration from a restricted country is usually blocked at signup, and that is the harmless failure.
The expensive one comes later. Identity and payment verification runs before the first withdrawal and reads your documents and card issuer, not your IP address. A mismatch discovered at that point puts the balance at risk, not just the bonus — which is the reason a VPN makes the situation worse rather than better.
Verify on day one, while nothing is at stake, instead of on payout day.
Who runs Woo Casino
The operator is Dama N.V. Licensing for this group moved to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board regime, which replaced the older master-licence system — so a review that still cites a “Curaçao eGaming” licence is quoting a framework that no longer issues.
The practical consequence is narrow and worth knowing: outside a national regulator, an unresolved dispute escalates to the licensee or an aggregator’s mediation service, never to a domestic gambling authority. Check the current licence number in the operator’s own footer before depositing.
What this page does not claim
It does not promise a specific cash ceiling, a live no-deposit offer in your country, or a payout time. Offers are provisioned per market and change without notice. Every figure here is the structure of the deal — the multipliers, the weighting, the caps — which is the part that stays stable long enough to plan around.
